Got this to use as a water bowl for my dog, always make sure the ceramic bowl is completely dry on the bottom when I put it back on the wood after cleaning it. I’ve had it for a month now %26 when I looked closer in it there was white mold growing in the bottom, I guess the ceramic bowl was having condensation on the bottom %26 it would drip onto the wood. Would not recommend.

Look at the black mold. I’ve been using this for about two weeks, and it’s growing black mold. I wash the bowl out every morning and today I say the mold inside so I decided to inspect and look at the bottom. This could kill my dogs. Don’t buy this

The bowl base seems to not be of a very good quality. It looks like it’s very easy to get broken during delivery.

I think it's lovely. It's made well and is a stylish water bowl. Even if the cat still prefers the kitchen faucet I'm thrilled with it.

[Rewarded Review] Fell Apart within a Week

I was so hopeful for this beautiful bamboo dish for my cats. Unfortunately, the bamboo part arrived broken. My husband said it’d be an easy fix to glue so we allowed our cats to use it. However, went out of town for four days before gluing it together and when we returned, the entire bamboo part had come apart.

I originally got this bowl for my greyhound, but I didn't check the measurements and it was a lot smaller than I was expecting, so he was less than impressed. That being said, it's great for my sister-in-law's aussie puppy. The bowl is thick, heavy and sits well in the bamboo base, so it's not going to get knocked over easily, which is great for this bundle of fuzz that would rather climb into his water bowl than drink it.

Nicely designed bowls. The weight of the ceramic top keeps it from tipping easily. In a pinch, or for more gentle eaters, the bamboo could be a food bowl and the ceramic water, and the size makes it perfect for throwing in a tote bag if you and your doggo are spending the day away from home.
