Great product to minimize green algae in a pond

this product has been in my koi pond for almost a week and I am seeing a marked improvement in reducing the green algae. I would highly recommend this product as it is easy to use, just drop in pond and let it work

Just what we were looking for

We used this product to treat a small tank on our ranch that was developing a large amount of algae and pond scum. It worked for us and we'll use it again if this problem reappears.

Some products take time to give an honest review but after the 3rd or 4th request to review this item I can only giving it 3 stars. This product can take a month or more to work and I haven't had it long enough to see a difference. I'm hoping it works as it says it does and if so I will update my review.

We have used these twice and they work great. Cleared our pond up from the algae. Noticed a difference faster than I thought it would. We will continue to use these to keep our pond clear.

We have a pond that is almost an acre and seems to always get that pond scum every spring/summer when the weather heats up (we’re in SC). This time we bought 3 of the pond balls and by day 2, all the scum was gone. It could have been a coincidence; but we seem to think that the pond balls did the trick.

So far so good. It has only been in the water for a couple of weeks. It appears to be slowing down the growth of the unwanted moss and algea.

Junk

Does not work. I cleaned pond. All new water. Did exactly what directions said. Two weeks later the pond is as bad as it was.

No More Green Algae

My natural spring fed pond (15'x20'x3') was growing green algae early this spring. I put the 3 spears into the pond and within 2 weeks I see the algae decreasing. The directions recommend treating each month. So be prepared to order a large quantity

Great

I use these in my pond every month. Last year was the first. Helps keep not only the fungus down but the duckweed and mealweed down. I use a large size as I am surrounded by farms and nothing was done to the pond for at minimum 10 years before we bought the property in 2016.

Didn't work as we thought it would.

Didn't really clear our water up at all. It surfaced after being in pool for about 24 hours, but we did get it to go back down. Not sure if that affected the output of this unit, but we're pretty cloudy yet here.

Disappointing results so far

I am President of our HOA and have a small pond that had moss and growth on some areas of the surface. Now, after treatment, the small pond is totally covered and is worse than ever. The pictures of the before and after photo's that got my attention was some of my expectations and I did not think that my problem would be totally solved. I also did not expect that the pond would have no visible surface water after treatment, especially since it had it was not that bad when I treated it. I am disappointed in the results and that I spend over $350 with no results.
