Came well packaged bur the box looked beat up but that's on the delivery service. Don't work and Wayfair won't replace wants me to go through Bissell

Really like the machine. Had to send it back in for repairs. That was done and so far the machine seems to be working fine. Still need to try it on the stairs. I did put the complimentary cleaner back in the tank when I returned it but it did not get sent back when the machine was returned

Expensive but works

Works well for my house. I have pets and this does a great job cleaning my light carpets and area rugs.

I had the original Big Green for about 10 years and it was great. It was getting weaker in suction and water flow was intermittent. After much use, we bought this new one. I didn't use it right away, but when I did, thought it was ok, then the carpet dried and it was like I missed some spots. I later went back over them and it was ok. Couple months later I used it again and the same thing, spots and streaks of dirty water appeared on the dry carpet. This is not acceptable for an approx $500 purchase. Something is clearly wrong with it. I see another reviewer has the same complaint. Bissell's only response was to take it to a service center. I was hoping for a replacement since it's been just 3 months. Never knew how lucky I was when my first machine was so good. I'm so annoyed. I know how to operate this machine and clean it, so tried and true experience, this machine was a dud right out of the box. guess I got lucky the first time. It's a risk buying this. Def use the 30 day money back.

This is exactly what we wanted

We purchased this combo a few months ago and we have used it a few times. Performed the same degree of carpet cleaning as the same type and model rental unit at the local big box store that we had been renting over the years. We are happy we were able to find these to purchase on the BISSELL web site and we like it. Heavy duty, Easy to clean machine too.

Ultimately not what I expected

Well I tried this carpet cleaner knowing full well it would leave more water/cleaning solution behind than some of BISSELL's other products. To my surprise it left a lot more solution behind. Well this presents a real conundrum, yes it cleans better than about every other Bissell product however it pulls less dirty water/solution back out of the carpet. And I made sure the tanks were properly lined up and seated. So overall the cleaning performance is then on par with the revolution and the revolution hydrosteam. I know I've used both. The problem is the distance the suction force travels along with the junctions from the tanks it crosses to finely get to the carpet. Yes it has suction but not enough to pull a quantity of water out of the carpet similar to what was sprayed into it. Don't get me wrong it did pull dirt, and embedded debris. But so much dirty water/solution. This required me to do an additional rinse on all the carpets I just cleaned. NO I can't do this and not for double the price of the revolution. Sorry people Consumer Reports was right. This thing doesn't have a good enough extraction system and unfortunately not for $400 + for the initial cost.

Well worth the money. Especially if you have dogs.

This carpet cleaner has done a great job cleaning my carpets. We've had 2 puppies and one elderly dog since moving into our house. It's so satisfying to clean our carpets and know that I am getting all the pet stains out.

Great Product

I have purchased other Bissell Products over the years . Each one I have used are the best out there in the market . This machine is a lot bigger than what I have used previously but I will tell you it goes deep and gets my carpets cleaned. Very happy with my purchase and the Bissell Products .
