Short Battery Charge

I love Bissell and all that it stands for. However, this product lacks in the battery charge department.

I bought this one from Costco, after tons of research. I can say, I absolutely love it. It’s easy to use and convenient. I haven’t had an issue with the battery and I’m glad it comes with a station pad so it doesn’t have to sit aimlessly on the floor. I have two cats and this really helps with keeping my floors spotless. Definitely recommend!

Not what I expected from Bissel . Think I got a dud

I have many Bissel products that I love, but i purchased this mop about 8 months ago it worked great first 6months. Now last 2 months it just has been getting worse and worse. I charge it fully and when I take it off to use it spins so slow and sounds like it's dying. We checked everything and cleaned everything and absolutely no change for the better. I wish Bissel would stand behind their products better. Very disappointing.

Not recommended

1. It leaves circle marks on the floor even after it dries. I'll attach pictures but the cleaner makes the floors super shiny(if not clean. Still up for discussion)

Love the way this handles

I have vinyl plank flooring and love the ease of using this and how it cleans, however, it leaves circular water marks on the floor. I have tried changing up cleaners, vinegar and water, plain water etc but it still leave the marks. I even purchased new pads and still have the same issue. Doesn't leave a good look...any ideas ???

Nice Concept But Falls Short

My Spinwave 2315 is leaking cleaning product on the floor. I purchased it a couple of years ago, but only have used it maybe a dozen times. I sure expected it to last longer. It must be a known problem because there's a video on what to do when it happens. I was able to purchase a new cap for the water tank, so we'll see if that works and for how long. To top it off, I have an older Bissell Symphony steam and vacuum combo unit that broke in the same week. I do admit, when it was working correctly, I thought it worked well.

I love this machine!

This is a great machine! I have a back injury so vacuuming & mopping are difficult for me. I needed a lightweight mop that didn't require me to push and pull back and forth. This was perfect for me. It propels itself so I just have to point it in the direction and hang on. The only thing I would change is adding a longer cord. I did purchase additional pads so I could change them out in each room; otherwise, you're just pushing dirt around. I've had mine for a year and no issues.

The SpinWave is amazing!

I received my SpinWave as a gift, and I can't believe how much easier it makes mopping! I wish I'd bought one years ago. It does a great job with routine mopping and is very easy to use. It just glides along the floor and the spinning pads do the work.

I would not buy this again

Only had it for 2 months. Will not turn on even though it is fully charged. I tried troubleshooting it but it still doesn't work. It didn't work for my floors either. I have hardwood floors and it left my floors looking dull. I used the recommended cleaner. You can also see the spin marks once the floor dries.

BUY IT! It basically pushes itself

Love this mop!! It’s a lifesaver/game changer. I absolutely loathe cleaning the floors and occasionally get wrist pain from tendinitis. This spin mop is so easy to push around - it practically glides on its own. The battery life isn’t too bad but I do wish it lasted a little longer. It works perfectly well for smaller spaces but for my hardwood floor home it takes an extra charge before I can finish cleaning but I still love it!

We just moved into our new house. I was looking for a mop that would do well on LVP flooring. After research and reviews I came across the Bissell Spinwave. We opted for the cordless as we have a kitchen, dining area, Bathroom, and bonus room with LVP. The great thing is you can just used distilled white vinegar and water in the tank. The battery is a 18 cold lithium battery. Straight out the box it says charge for 4hrs. It was already almost 2 batteries full so I didn’t have to wait as long charging. It comes with a nice stand tray. The mop it’s self once turned on seems to glide effortlessly across the floor. I mean a child could do it! I honestly love it and the floors dry super fast. Push the button to release the spray from the canister couldn’t be more easier. I’m very happy with this product and would recommend to anyone. A bonus it came with 2 soft clothes and scrub clothes that you can just toss in the wash and reuse!

Clean floors with little effort!

We live in a 2000 sf home with entirely ceramic tile floors. We care for an elderly parent and have a dog; there are frequent spills and/or accidents on the way to the bathroom. This tool has been a life changer for me. I can leave it plugged in and grab it quickly for small spills or clean the entire house with it on one charge. I wasn't sure if it would clean the grout, but it does it very well. We purchased several extra pads and it is very easy to just throw them in the laundry after use and apply clean ones. It leaves the floors very clean, even in the bathroom and is small enough for me to be able to get around the base of the toilets. The house always looks and smells clean! It is necessary to sweep, as this doesn't pick up loose debris such as crumbs and hair, but it is ever so much easier and quicker that either the previous corded machine or the mop and pail. It is lightweight and easy to refill.

Better then the crosswave by far!!

Prior to this I had a crosswave cordless max. It was too much work to clean every time after using it with alot of kids and it always spat out dirty water that it didn't want to suck back up. Also my crosswave filter had grown mold and no matter how much I cleaned it, it did not go. When I called the company they told me that crosswaves are not meant to be used multiple times a day unless everytime you use it you change the filter and the roller. And they have to dry completely for 24 hours. Seriously!?! Why can't they tell you that in the commercials or information section before buying it. I dont know anyone who has the money to go out and buy multiple sets of those. Thats crazy. I gave that away. Now I bought this and it washes 100% better then a crosswave I loveeeeee it. And there is almost no work to be done after unless you want to wash the pads or dump your water tank but even those can wait they don't need to be done right away or at all the same day if you are tired or busy. It gets stuff off the floor that I can't even scrub off it's amazing. The only thing I saw it didn't get off were hard stuck on fig newton's by my toddlers. But im sure a steam mop with a scrubber part could do that or myself trying for a hour lol. Mine holds its charge plenty long enough for me to do a whole floor level. The only thing I don't like that much is that you can't hold it still easily but thats no big deal its because of the spinning action. I love it and I wish I knew about it sooner. I have never even heard of it till i found it here on QVC when I was looking for a mop that's safe for hardwood floors. I definitely recommend this mop especially if you have alot of kids and have to mop up constantly...also I read about people saying they were getting streaks...I found out that with my old crosswave and now this spinwave too, you can get streaks if you add to much of the cleaning solution. Hope that helps.

Love the Bissell SpinWave Cordless Floor Cleaner

I had the wonderful opportunity to test and try out the Bissell SpinWave Cordless floor cleaner. All I can say is wow. This machine is a Godsend! Prior to this machine I own a Shark Floor cleaner. The Bissell SpinWave is a lot better of a cleaner is more ways than 1. This machine #1 cleans better overall. My floors have never shined like they did after cleaning with my Shark machine. I also appreciate and love that its cordless. I didn't realize how convenient and easier it was to clean without having a cord attached. The machine also works with you! You barely have to hold on to it and it kind of just knows where to go. It gets every crease, cranny, small corner possible because of the circle bottom and the way it moves. It just glides on the floor. Its nice because it honestly works with you and not against you. With all that being said, I would 100% purchase this for myself, and anyone else I know that has hardwood floors or tile floors. This machine appears to be very durable, long lasting, and will do all the dirty work for you! Prior to this program that allowed me to test this product I was not aware of the Bissell SpinWave. I have heard of this brand and do like the brand, but have not heard or used their floor products before. Since having the Bissell SpinWave I have cleaned my floor 3 times a week since having it. I have pets and visitors that dirty my house up. This cleans it so nicely, quickly, and so EASY!

Very functional mop, works well

I am a fan of the Bissell spinwave cordless mop. I was so excited to get chosen to try it in exchange for honest feedback. Opinions are 100% my own.
