Good but not great

The chair was a bit complicated to put together only because the top part of the chair is heavy and was hard for me to maneuver while assembling. It's great because it works for taller people as myself (wide seat, high back) but there is a significant gap between the back and the seat that makes having a lumbar support pillow (for those that need one) uncomfortable, almost painful. However, overall the chair itself is well made. It just wasn't the best choice for me.

The Fix

Excellent chair choice. You won't regret it. After spending a year in a big box store's off-brand gaming chair, I started noticing odd pain points after working at my desk for the day. I leveled-up with a Staples staple, Flash. Within two days of use, my pain points went away. The chair is super sturdy, very comfortable for a desk job, and was a flash to put together. Thanks!

The price dropped before I received the chair and wayfair wouldn’t honor the price.

Great chair with fold up and height adjustable armrests--hard to find. Only downside is that tilting function (leaning back) doesn't really work well. Nice looking--hard to do for an office chair.

Great chair, difficult assembly

Overall, the chair is very comfortable. The seat is well-cushioned, the back is very supportive, and the adjustable armrests are great. However, it was not the easiest to put together. Specifically, screwing the arms into the back piece. The way these pieces are shaped, and the way the screw holes are made, turned what should have been an easy 4-screw step into about 45 minutes of frustration. The other steps went fine though, so if you can get past this step, perhaps having someone to help you hold the pieces in place, then this chair is great.

Very good chair for the price.

I wanted to wait a month or so to write a review and this chair has been great! I'm 6'4, 190lbs using a sit/stand desk and finding a comfortable chair that supports my legs/back is a challenge, let alone one that looks good.

Comfortable chair but has issues where seat and piston connect

Chair was easy to assemble, comfortable and supportive for my home office. My only concern is that the piston and seat do not seem to connect well. There's a loud and noticeable creak/click/bang noise whenever I shift my weight right or left. I'm 6' 220lbs. I've messaged Flash Furniture on 6/16 about a replacement piston or seat connector, still waiting for a response from their customer service dept.

I was originally looking for all mesh bottom and top but the mesh back and seat on this are nice and cool.

This chair has everything I need. I love that the arms are height adjustable, but not only that, you can put them up and out of the way to roll your chair into your desk. Love this chair!

Best Chair

Arrived earlier than expected. Very easy to put together. Easier to put together with 2 people. Did not know for sure if I would like it since was ordering online and only had a picture to go by. I specifically wanted a chair with flip-up type arm rests. Sometimes I need to sit up close to my desk. I have found chairs that had fixed arm rests made it difficult to sit up close to the desk and I would have to lower the chair too much to get it to go under the desk, but then would be too low for it to be comfortable. So I thought this chair would be perfect. And this chair is perfect..nicely designed to be comfortable for those long hours at my desk. It was very hard to tell by the picture if the mesh type back support would work for me. I thought it would be too stiff, but nope... It's perfect. It feels like a cushion against your back and it does provide very good support. The high back is is also perfect for resting your head and it's angled just right. It's really a very well designed stylish chair and would work with any decor.

It’s comfortable

I was told to try out these office chairs and I am so glad that I decided to buy these. They have been nothing but good to us. Also, the whole ordering process went very smoothly.

I really do enjoy the designer fabric seat and the flip up arms. I think that is what really makes this chair so great. These are the perfect fit for our office.

Great Chair

Good price, easy to assemble and delivery was sooner than expected. So far, no complaints by the coworkers who received the new chairs I bought them.
