The extensions are not well designed nor well manufactured.

Suction is exceedingly diminished when using this brush head and the hose extensions. Works OK if you take off the extensions and use directly in the hose, but defeats the purpose. Just stuck to the smaller floor head that comes with the rigid vac

Works effectively but it does not fit on older Ridgid shop vac without an adapter.

Unable to Register for Lifetime Service Agreement

I have had this vacuum for a few years - Its only used a couple of times, lightly in my residential garage. Looks practically brand new - good suction (Better than my previous ShopVac).

Wheels fell out and handle broke off

It's a good vacuum but the castors won't stay put in the vacuum base and the battery mount handle cracked off the top. All four screws holding it down ripped out of the plastic. Maybe it's nice for a homeowner but definitely not a contractor grade product.

Powerful moter

The size is perfect for car detailing, and the wet vac feature is perfect for extracting stains in car carpeting. The only problem I've had is the on/off switch won't turn the vac off, or if it does, it turns back on again. Other than that I love this vac.

I got a backpack Vacuum. It's light and so much powerful, but it's going back to store because there are no attachments which works on rugs and wand ripping your hands when you trying push it "carpet head attachment". And it 1 3/4 head so you really can't find brushed replacement. So bottom line, almost awesome product that is absolutely terrible and useless.
