Poor Quality - It's a JOKE!

Very weak material. The metal is thin as an aluminum can. You can't hang more than a few shirts and nothing heavy, or it will bend and break. I had a medium amount of clothes and kept it evenly distributed because I was so worried, and then one day I came home from work and it had collapsed and bent up and the plastic joiners snapped. Very poor quality! I also purchased the Insurance Plan (product was about $36 and insurance was about $3-$4). I have tried to submit a claim but the insurance provider, AllState, says because it's within a year I must contact the manufacture. The manufacture, Sugift Inc., is selling through Walmart.com and when I messaged the Sugift Inc., I received a message saying since it's past 60 days I need to contact insurance company. So I reached back out to the insurance company and they told me I will be getting a replacement or a refund, and to wait for the email to come through. When the email came through it was the same thing all over again: AllState, says because it's within a year I must contact the manufacture. What a rip of $30something and waste of time trying to deal with insurance.
