I know the ad says this is for shoes, but I decided to use as additional shelf storage on the kitchen counter. I have a long kitchen counter goes from the stove to the wall. This 2 tier shelf fits perfectly with room left for the microwave and then there is still room. I put my toaster on the top shelf and I had a tray that fit one shelf perfectly I put my sugar shaker, napkin holder, salt and pepper, timer and my medication on it. On the bottom shelf there was room for my husband's two containers with his breathing meds, the cannister for the coffee and the filters. Gave me a lot more storage space and look nice. This rack came with everything included and it didn't take me 10 minutes to put together. I needed no tools. Just snap the rods into the end caps and and you're done. Easy to assemble,

Easy to assemble, durability is alright but you get what you pay for. Having said that, the plastic is good. I like that the Long bars aren¡¯t that far spaced out from each other, so if I put my heels on there it has more support to hold the whole shoe. Don¡¯t get this if you want it for style. Overall does it¡¯s job! I own 2 of these now.

I purchased masonry

I purchased masonry board from HDepot, installed it on top of the respective racks, and I use it as a closet shelf organizer/expander. The respective rack pieces fit together tightly, and I appreciate the light weight of the item. This is a quality shoe rack or shelf organizer with the added bonus of being light weight and reasonably sturdy. Thank you Songmics.

Being a little

Being a little old lady, I used a rubber mallet to pound it together. Instructions were fine. I like it so well Im buying a second.

Product much as expected.Pros:LightweightReasonably easy to put together - about 10 minutes.Length and width adequate.Reasonable stable construction.Sheer / open profile makes closed or install area look less cluttered as opposed to a solid component construct might.Fulfills intended purpose of ordering shoes in a closet.Stackable -- can add more levels later.Cons:Round metal tubes fit into plastic end caps -- OK for shoes, but round tubes will not allow most anything else to be placed on shelf as do some some flat-slatted or solid shelf alternatives. Not a big deal though.Not particularly attractive, but OK for a closet, etc., not for open room or hallway aesthetics.Lower shelf rests directly on ground -- some designs have space between lower level and floor, allowing shoes or other item placement.A bit pricey at $15 for the quality.All in all a decent product and meets expectations of construction and functionality. Would recommend for basic applications, but not for aesthetics.

Awesome purchase! I bought one of 2 racks and 1 of 3. At the end I only used 4 racks and stored the remain one. Looks fantastic! Each rack holds 5 pair of shoes, not 6 as in the picture. Very satisfied.

Easy to put together and seems sturdy enough. Looks good in our garage and removes clutter of shoes everywhere! The flat racks with a bar in between means none of our shoes fall off -- even my 5 and 3 year olds' shoes.
