Decent cabinet.

First unit received in damaged condition. Five stars to Zoro for return process and promptly sending a replacement. Cabinet looks good but does not function as nicely as our existing HON cabinets. However it is also 20%-30% less than the HON brand. Seems to function better once the drawers are filled and have some weight in them. Overall, satisfied.

I would buy from Zoro again

Product was for a client to put in their home. 2 of 4 came damaged but they were great about exchanging...one replacement came back damaged also but it was on the back so we were able to use it. All damaged units were shipped by UPS Freight and the other units not damaged were shipped by a shipping freight company.

Precisely what we needed

This file cabinet works smoothly, stores a pile of files and fits into the room it’s in perfectly. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

This file cabinet came assembled and was easy to set up. It is sturdy and durable.

Had/Has some issues...

File Cabinet arrived with a few dents and we had to bend some components of the middle drawer back into place so it would function. Not sure if the issue was with the shipping company or with quality control at the manufacture. Pricing was competitive.

Deliver took longer than usual..but product works great in the office

Love this file cabinet. It fits perfectly in the clost I have turned into my "office supplies" and I can easily find the files I am looking for because they hang from side to side, unlike my previous one that hung front to back.

File Cabinet

A decent product, but although the cabinet is on a level surface the middle drawer keeps opening, for no apparent reason. The only way to prevent this is to keep the cabinet locked. I would recommend this product, with this reservation.

Great for busy office!

Delivery was excellent - placed in our office as directed. Holding up better to normal wear and tear than another cabinet purchased at an office store.

3 drawer lateral file cabinet

Just wanted to say that we are very pleased with the 3 drawer lateral filing cabinets. The quality is excellent and they are deep and very secure. They are just what we are looking for. The previous one we had was not as well made, secure or roomy enough. They give us the room and space that we were looking for. It fits right in the spot that I wanted it to and gives us the space that we need. I feel that are secure documents will be very safe in them. Thank you Staples for making a good quality 3 drawer lateral filing cabinet that is right for us and we love them!!
