missing the screws

I bought this for my daughter's birthday and it came without the pack of screws and bolts to put it together. it had alan wrenches in the package, but zero fasteners at all. it's still sitting in my daughter's bedroom floor.

I've had this unit installed on my existing desk for a little over two weeks. I did not want to give up my existing desk, so I purchased this unit to retrofit it onto the desk. At least up to this point, this unit works great. The quality is great, and the ability to preset 3 heights in memory was a must. My desk is fairly heavy so the dual-motor option was a must for me. Only problem I've had is in the initial setup - there was a step missing in the paperwork for setting up the display panel. (If you get stuck with the setup, press "M and Down Arrow simultaneously to get to the reset mode - you'll know what I mean when you are setting up the unit)

Went with this solution for 3 reasons: First, at the height of the COVID-19 supply chain issues, this was about the only well-rated product actually available. Second, I wanted width-adjustable. Third, since I have two 32:9 displays on a center-mounted post, and a CPU shelf, and wanted a hardwood top, I knew I'd need good weight capacity. Ordered this and a hardwood butcherblock top. Ships flat. Clear instructions. Everything was in the box. User interface is slightly janky (but the presets do work, and they don't randomly purge themselves), and no worse than comparable user interfaces. THREE MONTHS IN, this unit is going strong. Compared to other frames, it's slightly beefier (but not ugly). I raise/lower twice a day. I've maxed out the weight, and notice that if one side is heavier (by clamping a laptop w/monitor on an arm on the right side, for instance), it will fault out (but reset without needing to power down). At my standing height (121 cm) the desk is solid but will sway if pushed/pulled hard. If I ever have to replace this, I will look for an equivalent unit with the legs toward the back (not centered) to give the motors some advantage. In sum, I could not be happier with this purchase. Pretty sure it exceeds the performance of comparable units costing $1000 more.

Great design and features

I bought this desk for my daughter as a gift. She can now work all day without getting frustrated by sitting all day. The transition is smooth and the assemble was easy thanks to the instructional video. Great item and price!

This is a nice desk. I bought the frame only because I had a desktop available to me. It was easy to put together, and it operates smoothly and quietly. I compared prices to a brand we have at my office and this one was about $200 less. This one carries a 1-yr warranty vs 2-yr for the other, so time will tell. I don't know why different colors of this model had such different prices (gray was $130 more than black; white was $30 less IIRC).

This is a very sturdy and well built desk with dual motors. Putting it together took about 3 hours and it worked perfectly so far. I purchased a top from Ikea which fit perfectly from a size and color perspective.

It does as it should. I had a little issue with some misaligned assembly holes from manufacturing.
