Completely useless. The plastic spicket stopped working and now all the water leaks out. I haven’t even had it 6 months.

Product meets expectation. Nice to have a removable lid. Faster than expected delivery.

When the barrel is full, And you take the lid off of the top you can no longer fit it back on. The Plastic warps. Otherwise, it holds water and the Spicket works well

This barrel is just what I need to catch the condensate water from my a/c. Water is used to water plants. It is the right size and made of good quality materials.

I gave 4 stars because we haven’t had any rain yet. But the barrel was exactly what I wanted!

The removable lid top was very nice as well as the fitting use to connect the barrels. Only had to drill one hole to connect the two barrels. Was more sturdy than I expected especially where the spigot screwed into barrels

RTS Rain water collection system

I started collecting rain water to water our blueberries because Keller TX water has too much salinity in it. I totally underestimated the amount of water we get from our gutters! So we now have a total of four 55 gallon RTS rain barrels. Our last rain barrel was leaking around the insert for the spigot. I contacted RTS to find out how to address this and ELEXUSNIGHT SALAZAR took care of it for us. Awesome customer service. Look up RTS on the web, they have a lot of cool items that may not be listed for sale in the big box stores.

The overflow pipe broke into two pieces when being installed. The manufacturer would not replace it, costing me $10 to get one on my own.

Easy to assemble, able to align with downspout, removable lid allows cleaning and/or dipping a bucket into barrel to water quickly.

Works well. However, my husband had to modify it due to how are gutter goes into it. He had to remove the “guard” on the lid and put a black screen to catch the debris.

Well made easy to place a later clean I purchased this during one of our major rainfalls an other then not yet having a stand for it was pleased. Customer service was great with RTS

RTS has really good CS. They contacted me to tell me that the stand I ordered doesn't fit this barrel with a lid. Saved me from a bad day. Barrel is awesome and is exactly what I wanted. The only thing I didn't like is the plastic hose bibb. But I'll change it out when it breaks .. very happy overall

This rain barrel is fabulous, very excited that the lid is removable. We will be able to empty it out and store it for the winter. Our previous rain barrel cracked, different brand, this was a replacement, very happy so far!

Love this Rain Barrel. Took 20 minutes to set up, had for a month and still great. Love that the Lid comes completely off for cleaning, drying pursposes, hard to come by. Could easily connect a second one.

What a great product. Well made and versatile. Has a normal hose spigot on the lower front and hole and fitting on the top-side to run to another barrel for over flow. I’m happy with workmanship and price. You won’t be disappointed
