Very good, solid item, no issues. Holds up 27 and 32 inch monitors totally fine with great range of movement.

Overall the arm is great and I recommend buying this monitor arm. The arm was promoted as an accessory to the monitor, but when I tried to attached the arm to the monitor I needed to use the optional mounting piece. It worked but it's annoying that they designed this accessories as universal and not specific to the product. The only real issue is that the clamp did not open wide enough to clamp onto my desk. I have a metal desk with a glass top, which I guess must be thicker than most desks. I needed to jerry-rig my set-up, which worked, but I would have liked to know how wide the clamp was prior to my purchase.

This is a really well thought out & well built monitor arm. I have another brand on another desk and this is hands down better! 180° (locked) or 360° (unlocked) options are on the pivots are fantastic. Movement is smooth & responsive. Footprint is small. The weak link, if any, is cable management…but that is still really good. If this series had a dual laptop arm option, the arms on my other desk would be sent back.

Sturdy great build quality

We purchased some monitor arms from another company only to have constantly adjust them because the weight of the 34 inch monitors were too heavy despite the specs stating they could support them. We switched to these arms and since installing them we haven’t had any issues with the monitors gradually sagging. Great build quality, great built in cable management. We highly recommend.

Overall, the mount has a solid construction, but the small plastic pieces used as guards for internal wiring leave something to be desired. The first time I set up the mount, the locking tabs on the plastic piece snapped right off, rendering it useless. The mount still works fine, but it's an annoying problem to encounter.

Monitor Arm Ideal for Low Vision Ppl, and Easy to Install

I have central vision loss, and after leaning over my desk for moths to try to see my screen, I finally got wise and ordered this monitor arm. What a difference I I can easily move it to the correct distance depending on what I'm working on, and tilt it to reduce glare as the light changes throughout the day. Installataion was a breeze (very glad I watched a 'how-to' video first to understand all the features.) No more back pain, no more eye strain. Thanks, Dell. I especially love the snap-on feature for the monitor.

This would have been the perfect monitor arm if not for the ridiculous VESA adapter

After returning my Alienware monitor, I wanted to keep this arm to use with my previous monitor. I have an Asus gaming monitor which has an indented VESA mount (there's a border around it).

Dell products have always been high quality in my opinion. The fit and finish has always been excellent and give the product the professional feel and function I expect. This monitor arm fits and functions well above the budget models you can get on third party shopping sites. If you just need something to hold up your display, you could choose something less expensive if you wanted. I feel the slightly higher price is totally justified by the ease of use and interoperability of staying within the Dell ecosystem. The monitor arm fits securely and easily to Dell monitors, without additional hardware. The arm can be mounted to your surface in an intelligent and well thought out manner that does not require moving that surface away from the wall to make extra room for the bracket.
