I like everything about this chair. It is durable and excellent quality, and is quiet (not squeaky)! It provides for flexible height adjustment, and folds flat for easy transport! Overall, I am pleased with the ergonomic design! The one thing that I am not happy about is comfort at the rear of the seat. Although the seat cushioning is adequate, and would be enough for sitting for 3-hour performances, the big block mechanisms behind it become irritating after sitting for awhile. If the cushion was somehow raised above them, as in the second photo, it would solve the problem. It might get in the way of flat folding. Anyway, I just wanted to suggest this for your engineering/product design team, as this is the only thing I can find that needs improvement! Please keep me informed if this issue is addressed in the near future, as I would consider buying the upgrade! Also...if you could add a footrest other than the rung near the floor level that would be amazing! I couldn't figure out what the "footring" is that is in the description. I would love to be a product tester if you come up with something! I play acoustic guitar and sit for 3-hour periods. My comfort is essential, and so far, your chair is the only product that even comes close to being what I need.

Perfect chair for spinners

My wife needed an adjustable height comfortable chair for her wool spinning hobby. It is perfect.

I am an artist and I sit at an easel for many hours. This is a very comfortable seat. I love the easy way the height of the seat can be adjusted. It is a quality chair. I would recommend it.

Really useful. Only wish the stool locked in the open and closed position. It locks in neither so it can open up whenever it wants.

Does the job

Purchased to use for growing child to sit at dinner table-too big for a high chair, too little for dining chair. The adjustable chair works perfectly for this. It can be adjusted for adult seating as well, however, the pads that hold the seat in place tend to dig into the back even on a small sized adult. For storage, the chair folds easily, however, there is no mechanism that keeps it in a locked position, and because the legs are uneven when folded {by design}, it has to be leaning against a wall and balanced perfectly to keep it from falling over. All in all, I'm not disappointed with this product because it works for my needs, but I do think there are some design improvements that could be made.

Yes, I would buy this product again!

I ordered this product to fit with my small art desk. Made a move to downsize, and every space must be used efficiently. This chair is superb for comfort and portability. I love that I can fold and tuck away...as I can with my portable art desk. I'm so thrilled to have found this chair and could bypass the stools and other items that do not offer the comfortable seating. Thank you for designing something I consider unique to all that I found on the market.

It works for me

Need to be very careful handling it, my fingers got pinched severely between the legs, not good,especially being a piano player. It is comfortable , sturdy and heavy which it is of good Quality. It works for me, but taking it from job to job can be a pain in the ass, especially with the bottom legs opening too freely.

I would highly recommend this.

Purchased for my mother and I for Singing group since we both have Bak problems and can't stand and sing. Works perfectly due to height adjustment capability.

Great portable chair for taller or seating back folks

I can see this chair working great for musicians. It would for me as well as a temp office chair to put away when not in use but i am on a shorter side and when seating at the height appropriate for me and for the desk it is slightly tipping forward. Won't be an issue if you 5'4" and taller or if you seat back. Seating back however has that bar that other people mention. If you cover it it work great.

Solid up, down and folded

Solid chair or stool. Pads are comfy and all folds up nicely to store or hook onto a moving cart in my case. The stand out design feature is the adjustable hight of the seat. That makes a huge difference. This chair has weight to it, but it is tough and so far has stood up to the task on exterior work. Nothing flimsy as so many camp chairs are. Given I can spend a lot of hours working in the position the price is very decent with compared to a wooden chair that would do the same.

Very uncomfortable, not enough padding on the front part, you can feel the metal frame pushing through, hurts your legs

I ended up returning this item. I needed it for sewing and playing the hammered dulcimer (the dulcimer goes on a stand up or sit down stand so this would have been great for workshops - I could sit while the dulcimer was on the stand up stand)

Nice Temporary Seating Solution

The chairs are nice and sturdy temporary seating. I was grateful to have them for the Thanksgiving holiday. The seat is a bit small so if you have a larger booty, this may not be the chair for you. Because of the seat size it is not comfortable for long term sitting. When the seat is adjusted to counter height (its highest level) the back support is reduced because the chair back only supports your lower back. Lastly, this chair is not easily adjusted by a child or elderly person but if you have the right people around to assist, all is good.
