Love it, hangs the TV in a screen room perfectly. Used it for a corner 55 inch!

The mount does the job. However, unlike other mounts that I have used, it does not have the hook and set screw feature that allows one person to easily attach the TV to the mount frame. You literally have to hold the TV up while you screw the TV onto the frame. Or, you have to attach the TV to the frame and hold it all up while you somehow put the mounting pole back in the ceiling bracket with the spacers and bolt the whole thing back into place. I'll never do that again. Oh, and I had to cut the pole off and drill new holes in it. But, once it was up, it was fine.

I like the product, the main problem is you shopped it twice!

Just put this up yesterday, but it looks to fit all the functionality and need. The reason why I am not giving this more stars is because some of the pieces were already assembled (not a big deal), but then I noticed that some of the screws were clearly used and stripped. So the product I received must have been a return. Also, the typical attachments to the back of mounted TVs don't work, so be aware of that before you purchase accessories.

I ordered this ceiling mount for my 65" samsung TV and the bundle of bolts did not fit the back of my TV. The longest bolt was only 1 1/4" I needed 1 1/2" M8 bolts. Very disappointed since it stated it would fit my TV.
