Has worked for 32" lightweight monitor.
Adequate tools and instructions and parts for alternate mountings are provided. Typical problem occurs of getting the tilt locked to keep the monitor from flopping forward, but it can be tightened enough.

It's amazing. Stirdy, and easily movable. The only problem I had was with tightening/loosening the arm's bolts. This was an easy get around, as if you are keeping it stationary, it won't bother. All the instructions were clear and easy. The shipping was outstanding, received in 2 days. The build quality is just top notch for under $30. Great.
