These are the replacement leg rests I needed for the wheelchair my 101 year old aunt uses. Somehow, between hospitalizations & rehab stays incorrect ones were put on the wheelchair before she returned to assisted living.

They fit my wheelchair perfectly. The legs adjust in length to accomodate short or tall people. If the leg needs to be raised and a person is very tall, then the leg extension still accomodates as the foot rest can be turned in. I am a nurse, very well seasoned (old..haha), and from the design of these leg elevators I think they would fit every wheel chair I've used in the nursing except for the very brand new style that is pushed with the squeeze of a handle as opposed to the hand held bars of traditional wheelchairs. They are padded and comfortable to the backs of legs, but easily more comfortable with a pillow between leg and cushion. They are very well made, arrive well packaged, and aren't too heavy for most people to lift and apply or remove from chair

With a broken tibia these are a life saver. They latch perfectly onto the Invacare wheelchair that I got from the VA, even though it's an older model.
