When heavy rains came to Arizona I had my awning out and water sloped to one end and pooled. The weight of the water collapsed the side and bent it. This part completely fixed it. My neighbor fixed it in no time. It would have cost me twice as much getting it fixed at a dealer or repair shop. Very happy here

This was installed with 1/4" pop rivets, I drilled out the existing rivets with a 1/4" drill bit,...

This was installed with 1/4" pop rivets, I drilled out the existing rivets with a 1/4" drill bit, then I got a heavy duty rivet gun from Harbor freight that came with the rivets I needed, remember to install the rivets "wet" that is with a large drop of sealant on each one and then seal over the rivet head.

Works like original, but aluminum is very thin gauge. Be careful in wind and rain.

Great easy repair for our awning.

The arm of our awning was bent during a strong wind storm. Found the replacement arm on line. It was easy to install. Awning works great.

Walmart had very competitive price and delivery was quicker than expected. I find the part I was looking for through the manufacturer and found it on Walmart via Google search. I just hope this replacement holds up better than the one I replaced.

New arm fit perfectly to replace the broken arm. Just wished they didn't rivet the parts together and sold them separately so you could just replace the part that broke without having to replace the entire arm assembly.
