Very unhappy as I thought I was ordering from Walmart now I’m dealing with a 3rd party company that you can’t even call it’s all email and they have 48 hours to respond back I didn’t even receive all boxes and they damaged pieces. They don’t stand behind there products.

parts were scratch,dents packages didnt come together hired someone no wall parts short on screws. Its together live with it

Family gazebo

Outside in the back yard the gazebo was put up on a concrete slab…..it was very hot at weeks at a time.

Excellent Quality

We are amazed at how well the pavilion looks and that all of the hundreds of pieces were there and not damaged in transit. 5 Boxes arrived on different days and were pretty heavy, but it arrived as promised. It took my husband and I three days to assemble and it was easy for my husband who is very mechanical in nature. It looks great and we were impressed with the quality of the product. I would highly recommend this product to others. Looks great!

1 of my 5 packages never arrived, I have contacted walmart 5 times who reached out to the seller who hasn't responded and now ill have to hassle and send back for a refund and look for another gazebo. What a hassle and a waste of my time

Items with add up indefinite assembly time and day

Poor qnd indefinite assembly services. Gazebo need for summer maybe be assembled in winter time???? Cannot confirm specific date and time. When u ask them when, the answer is I don’t know????

[Rewarded Review] Parts Missing

when delivered box was open with parts sticking out. Sent emails to walmart, Manufacturer and to the email address on the box that states contact us first. Walnart sent back a reply that they messaged manufacturer and that is all the reply we received. We had to buy a 50.00 tool to replace screw insert and all 4 corners on the roof is missing. One support beam dented. Very disappointed with this non existing customer support.

Lacoo hardtop Gazebo

Once the gazebo was completed, it was awesome and became a permanent fixture. It must be constructed by professionals as it is not an easy task. There weren't any problems with the installation or mounting to the concrete during the completion of the gazebo. So far, there has been no leakage. The 12x20 is nice and roomy. Excellent buy.

I would not purchase from this distributor

Came with 6 missing pieces of the roof and the company doesn’t have a phone and does all correspondence via email in the middle of the night.

So far, so good. No foundation layout plan.

There is no footings plan in the instructions, so I've had to build the perimeter frame so as to mark out where to dig. The frame is light enough to move easily. You will need a surface area of 10 inches to accommodate the bolts to hold the pavilion down. Quality is good so far. Haven't looked at the roof panels. The center post on the outside edge of box 3 was dented. Everything else was in good condition. Will update when I assemble the rest of it.

great Gazebo

shipping was good. boxes were a little beat up. but no damage to the gazebo. lots of screws. not missing any parts. fairly easy to put together if you follow the instructions. had it up for almost a year. It looks great. holds up to the wind and rain.
