Do NOT expect long lasting nor quality

Never used metal utensils nor dishwasher. Rested on a pair of metal tongs on the drying rack a single time and has since chipped off ceramic chunks every time I've cooked with it after that. Mind you, this pan isn't even 2 months old and is very lightly used. It looks nice but is actually a piece of junk. If you want these pans, I recommend just going to Costco and buying them at a way cheaper price where you'll have the right expectation. I bought them from Sur La Table thinking I was getting a very nice skillet set - you live and you learn. I sent pictures to Sur La Table and, since it was 60 days out, they declined to take any action. Like honestly, you as a company think it's OK that your pan lasted 60 days? Great service and trust in the products you sell.
