Bought 8 chaise lounge chairs. Two had back rest brackets come off because they were riveted plastic to the metal frame. Houzz contacted the manufacturer for me and they send me two entirely new chairs. . Great response to manufactures defect on both Houzz and manufacturer. . I think a third rivet in the center would easily resolve back rest failures. . I really do like the chairs they are well made with the one exception with the back rest bracket. Comfortable, well made and they look nice. Wish I had ordered the darker colors rather than white.
