Great Boiler. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because it was put together by the store and several bolts and screws were missing. Recommend if you purchase something assembled check it out to be sure its put together correctly and all hardware is in place.

Only issue I have is it comes in several dozen pcs to put together. Instructions were decent. When you dump the seafood after cooking there is an opening before chute that food and a lot of water leaks down onto boiler. Cleaned up good afterwards tho and is fairly compact. The handle for moving the boiler comes out. I remedied that by putting handle in upside down to move it.

It arrived on time with no problems and it only took about 30 minutes for us to put everything together. We can’t wait until we put this to use during crawfish season.

Cooker burners go out and you have to constantly relight

The product seemed put together just to ship. It does not, I repeat, it does not look like professional or quality work. I hope my other items are not the same.

The water heats to boiling very quickly with the double burners. The drain is very convenient and allows draining the water to be done easily. Cleanup is quick and easy.

Bad part

The igniter did not have the cover on it to keep the shield in place. Company told me to put electrical tape on it. Had no intentions on replacing part but telling me how to fix a brand new item.

The crawfish boiler seems to be very well made. Was not complicated to out together per instructions and all the parts were provided. The boiler heats up quiclky due to the dual burners amd it functions very well. Very pleased with this product!
