Hi. Help, Please. i have a Serious problem with this purchase. The rug i received is Not the rug i ordered. Not only is it a totally different pattern, it is a different size. The rug ordered is a 5X7...the rug i got is too huge to roll out so i can not measure it. i can not take a picture because i can not roll it out. i will include a picture of my order so you can see what never came.

Just what I wanted except it was rolled so tight, makes it hard to get the creases out. Needs to be rolled in a carpet tube...

This rug is not thick but it is still good quality! If you’re expecting a thicker and heavier rug you should be expecting to pay much more as rugs have always been expensive, I feel this price is just right for this rug ! ALSO if your having trouble with straightening the edges after unrolling I flipped mine upside down and used my steamer on all the edges and it straightened out quickly and has stayed that way so far it’s been a few days now! Highly recommend!!!
