These are really cool pillows that are actually some kind of pony hair. They are decorative so I don't know that I need them to be comfortable to put a head on.

Looks beautiful online. In person the materials are shabby and the colors dull. The insert was 18x18 and the pillow cover is 20x20. Extremely disappointing. The first customer service agent was rude and insisted there is no problem with this — despite the photos I supplied — and insisted I would have to pay for return shipping. The second customer service agent was polite and helpful. She asked for a photo of the pillow insert with a measuring tape, and once she had the proof, she arranged for a free return. Although I am disappointed with the pillow, and with the unpleasant experience with the first agent, I am pleased with the experience I had with the second customer service agent. Over the years have furnished two apartments and bought many items from Wayfair and its family of companies, and am usually very happy with the quality of the products and the customer service.
