Arrived moldy
This rug arrived damp in areas with a mildew smell and covered in white mold with silicone packets inside. Packaging was intact. I was issued a full refund but it took a lot of back and forth through email. Funnily, I was asked to donate it and send them the donation receipt, but I will not be donating a moldy rug.
