i love how this is an all in one and compact. great for saving space in smaller rooms. easily assembled and disassembled. the water resistant material is easy to clean, with the exception of the bassinet. just a simple wipe down. the only thing i didnt like is that the mattress of the bassinet isnt made of the same water resistant material. and you cant put a sheet in there. but you can use waterproof changing table liners as a sheet for a simple fix

This playard set has everything... besides the basic playard itself %26 foldable mat...it also has a large bassinet insert too for the newborns, that the foldable mat accomidates alternatively....PLUS a small removable rocking/stationary bassinet, a changing sling with a mobile, a storage caddy %26 even a carrying case that it all folds up %26 fits into!

Was used and had a horrible stench to it. Smelled like vomit and liquor.
