Excellent!

So cozy! This really is a great product! Easy to assemble myself. The hardest part was just getting each box to the yard because they are heavy. But they fit in our wheelbarrow for transport. The fabric is low maintenance and cleans easy. It’s soft, not plastic/vinyl/sticky. Very good quality! It’s the closest thing to having a couch outdoors. We live in a small house in Ohio so we get all four seasons and we minimal storage space. So everything stays outside. I did buy a cover on Amazon for it just to protect during winter and from our wildlife. Our squirrels are not to be trusted.

Everything is very nice, the only problem is that the surface of the furniture is rough and the gaps are filled with dirt. If you ask me, this adds an authentic atmosphere, but my wife complains.

Very comfortable! You can use it in many different configurations to fit your outdoor space. The Wayfair was delivered and set up in no time and was very professional and courteous.

Waiting for a response to order issue

Delivery was smooth. I noticed one of the seats is missing a bar across the seat section and submitted a ticket. Still waiting for a response from the company 12 days later.

Wish the clamps that connect

Wish the clamps that connect each piece had screws. It looks like that was the intent but none were provided

We are very happy with our purchase. It's comfy and study and I feel like we'll have this couch for years and years. We had this couch for a few months and have had absolutely no issues of the cushions sliding as other reviews mentioned. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

Great base, horrible cushions

We purchased this to replace an old worn out outdoor sectional, hoping the higher price would equate to better quality and performance. While the base is sturdy as an ox, the cushions make this set undesirable. We’ve had the set now for a little less than a month and multiple cushions are already starting to squish and become uncomfortable. That on top of the cushions not staying in place, make this set less than ideal as a relaxing place to sit. I guess I expected more from Polywood as I’ve always trusted and admired their other furniture, but this was a poorly thought out design using cheap materials and charging a high price tag.

Very poor quality control

I spent over $4k on this 5 piece sectional plus 2 other rocking chairs. One chair in the sectional was built incorrectly. Another chair in the sectional was broken. And finally, there are 2 places on armrests that are so rough to the touch it could cut you. Polywood sent 2 replacement pieces under warranty, but one of the pieces was wrong. Now waiting on the correct piece to arrive. No fix for the rough spots, I guess I’ll sand them down. So many issues on a $4k set of furniture. All quality control problems. It’s a shame, seems like there are problems at the factory. Way too expensive to go through this.

The furniture is fantastic, comfortable, and strong as an ox! A few problems with my order were solved in a single 6 minute conversation and a shipment a few days later. Exactly what I was looking for.

Seat Cushions dont stay put

Construction is sturdy, colors are as depicted. But the seat cushion need tie downs like the Ottoman. The seat cushion move and don't stay put.

Great quality and very comfortable!

We love this sectional and so happy with it. The cushions are comfortable and stay in place most times moving only a little bit not bad. The clamps that came with the set are awesome because it keeps each section together and there are different clamp slots so you can arrange the set however you need or want to. My only concern with plywood cushions is they flatten pretty quick so hoping these don’t do the same as the ones for our dining set and lounge chair set did.

Amazing Quality, Flawed Design

This is our second Polywood purchase and as always the quality is second to none. The sectional itself is gorgeous but unfortunately the design does not allow the cushions to stay in place. The open sides of the sectional allow for the cushions to slip off with ease. We’ve had this for a little over a month and are constantly re-maneuvering the cushions and sliding off the sectional. There should be ties on the cushions or a bar along the ends to keep things in place. Very disappointing given the cost.

DO NOT GET THE EDGE 5 PIECE SECTION!!!!!

We recently purchase all our outdoor furniture for our new house from Polywood and its safe to say, this Edge 5 Piece sections is TERRIBLE. We cannot keep the cushions on the couch. Once you sit down, they side left or right and the end cushion slides out under the arm rest on each side. We are constantly getting up and pushing the cushions back and resetting the back cushions only to have them slide again once you sit down. All that is needed is a 3-4" lip on the ends on the arm rest side to keep the cushions from moving. After spending $2,695 + tax on this couch, I called Polywood to see if there was any fix and the apologized that they haven't heard of this issue and offered zero help for resolving this issue. Safe to say, this touch is not worth the money especially when the company will not stand behind a flawed design. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Great set on our new deck

Love our new set. It was so easy to set up and came with all the tools needed to do so. Cushions are super comfortable. Only complaint is the same as what everyone else has shared and that’s that the cushions slip. Would hope this wasn’t the case at this price point. Would be nice if Polywood would come up with a solution based on this feedback. Also one they can send to those who have already purchased.

Needs some work

Needs some upgrades. First when laying on the sofa the cushions want to slide of out the side under the arm rest. Needs one more piece of material (Polywood) on the sides to hold the cushions in place. Second the back needs another support 2/3 up, when sitting the back cushions want to push out of the back losing the soft feeling of sitting on a sofa.
