What a wonderful product. Durable and well constructed, and adds a touch of class to a homeowners patio deck. This set definitely meets my expectations. I highly recommend the Pollywood product.

Though I ordered the wrong

Though I ordered the wrong item and had to return it without choice because it didn't match my previous set I bought. It is totally my mistake, but I received excellent customer service, which made the return absolutely quick and easy. Of course, I reorder the correct item the second time.

Very sturdy. Some of the holes do not line up perfectly so it takes some work to get the screws in place, but once together it is really comfortable and sturdy. Looking forward to many years of using this on our patio.

These pieces are beautiful and sturdy and wildly comfortable. Also very easy to put together - comes in just two pieces with only 4 screws to put in.

Best purchase ever!

We have a small terrace overlooking the ocean, so we needed furniture that would fit our space while surviving the salty ocean air. While polywood was not our least expensive option, it was certainly the smartest option. The furniture is made so well, is easy to assemble, is extremely comfortable, will survive the elements and fits like a glove. We couldn’t be happier. We purchased a counter height table and two armed stools as well as a corner chair, an armless chair and an ottoman. We now enjoy morning coffee and evening wine on our newly furnished terrace. It’s beautiful furniture and well worth the investment.

Ordered the 6 piece set

Ordered the 6 piece set and added an extra armchair to make it a 7 piece set. Item arrived quickly and packaged well. We were missing hardware for one of the armless chairs I submitted a request for spare parts and Michelle responded via email within 5 minutes and shipped our hardware out the next day! Great customer service! We love the polywood line we bought a dining set last year and it was worth every penny!
