This is an excellent exercise mat. I installed it in our basement. Looks like a professional gym mat and has plenty of cushion. Easy to cut around obstacles.

Nice quality with thickness, texture, color, and build. They hold together well and fit very snuggly together so there aren’t gaps while at the same time not being hard to set up. I’ll definitely buy more of these.

I bought this flooring g to replace my foam gym flooring. I love the rubber top and foam bottom. I use it daily for lifting or cardio and it’s amazing. It really absorbs the shock of jumping and was super easy to install and clean.

This mat looks great in my garage gym, but the durability is terrible. Dropping relatively light dumbells from inches above the ground has repeatedly sliced through the top rubber layer. in super disappointed in this product and will probably have to replace it within a few months.

I ordered 2 sets of these mats to go under my squat rack I have in a bedroom. I did set these in the sun for a week and then wiped the rubber down with Fabuloso cleaner to get most of the rubber smell out before installing them. Works perfectly!

Would purchase again in a heartbeat

I love these mats! We bought for a workout area. My husband and my son have 300 lbs worth of weight and a power rack under these mats. They do not leave a weighted barbell directly on the mats when they finish their workout because that would probably result in indentions over time. We do burpees, stretching, jumping jacks and the mats do not separate.

This mat lives up to the expectation that it is non-slip. I have done yoga on it a few times and did not have any issues with it moving on my hardwood floors. I have other non-coated mats and they slide around while exercising. This one stays put. The only issue I have with it is that it is extremely boring on the non-grippy side. The gray is so plain, I don't love the way it looks in my exercise room. It is functional, but not fashionable. The padding is enough for what I need so I like it, I just wish it looked a little nicer.

These interlocking gym mats are perfect! They are an awesome addition to any fitness area. Because they interlock like puzzle pieces they are very diverse in how you want to arrange them and change them up. They are great cushion for floor exercises or even protecting the floor underneath when using weights. Edge pieces are included to cover up the outside margins. I absolutely would buy more!

This mat works great for a workout or game room. It is soft and cushiony enough that it can replace a yoga mat, but it can be made into a bigger, custom size giving more freedom of movement. It is also amazing for playing VR; I used it to create the larger virtual boundaries, because I know when I step out of the mat. The mat has a good thickness, is not slipping on the floor, and after airing it out does not smell. Each piece comes with two removable edges that I can adjust to different positions, creating a better look. The interlocking pieces are easy to click together, but during more active use seem to sliglthly pop/slide away at the edges, but it can be fixed by taping the bottom of the mat with duct tape or something similar. Overall it is good value for the money and covers a very reasonable amount of space.

[Rewarded Review] Comfortable

I’m thinking about using these puzzle mat pieces as an area rug in my family room. I like using unusual things in my décor – always looking for the unexpected. Not only would they look great as a rug, but whenever I need an exercise break, the mat would be out and ready to go. Also, I don’t have a room I can designate as an exercise room, so it would do double duty. This would give me a “rug” that is 8’ x 6’ – just the right size to fit in front of my couch and between my two easy chairs.

When I first saw these mats I wondered how they would work as a mat around my workbench. I liked the rubber top which seemed like it would stand up to heavy usage, so I tried a 6 pack. They're great, I love them and just got 12 more. They now run completely around my workbench as well as in front of a smaller work area. I have foot problems which makes it difficult for me to stand for long periods of time. These mats are doing a great job solving that issue. I can now once again stand for hours. I also like the added protection should I accidentally drop a tool. Win-Win.

The top layer of the mats has a smooth, solid finish, and the inner portion is more off a foam. Installation is very simple, and once interlocked, the puzzle joints fit together so well that they are barely noticeable.

This PROSOURCEFIT Rubber Top Exercise Puzzle Mat in Grey is great for use in an area where you will be working out or doing exercises. It comes in a 12 pack of tiles which is 48 square feet. Each tile is 24 inches by 24 inches and is 1/2 inch thick. They are extremely easy to set up as they interlock and can be also moved easily. They have a nonslip surface which is comfortable and has a high density foam under the top surface which is strong and equipment wont sink into. Border pieces are supplied to give the whole floor a finished clean look. I find this flooring to be very comfortable to work out on and the 1/2 inch thickness is small enough as to not trip on. I would also consider using these mats in an area where you might be standing and working at a bench for long periods of time because it is so comfortable. They come with a lifetime warranty.

The mats are great for reducing foot and let fatigue while working at the work bench. They are very simple to install. They are rather fragile and care needs to be used to place them. The trim pieces come unattached easily. The mats do what they are supposed to do.
