Nice product for our rustic log cabin office. Instructions to assemble were very clear and easy to follow.

Sauder has always made good quality RTA products. Instructions are always easy to understand and I have never been short any hardware or pieces. Always packed well and rarely do I get damaged parts.

It’s not white; antique white at best with some type of pin hole markings possibly during the manufacturing process.

The cabinet looks nice, but I am giving 1 star for the assembly process. Badly designed screws to go with poorly tapped holes. Took 2 people a total of 3 hours to assemble, and even then I didn't complete the last few steps.

I bought a Sauder lateral file cabinet 20 years ago. The weight of the files and moving it several times around California finally made it start to fall apart. The replacement I just bought and put together is a better one with a steel frame and will, I'm sure, out last the last one. Every part and screw matched their hole perfectly, and even though it takes some time to assemble, the instruction sheets are very easy to read and understand. Sauder kits have been a wonderful answer for many of my furniture needs. Good job Sauder.

Great Cabinet. Very happy with the quality. The wood and grey metal are darker than the pictures but it still looks very sharp. I agree that putting it together takes some time so if you arent the type of person who owns their own toolbox, assembly may be difficult for you.

Horrible, not worth the price AT ALL

Extremely cheap, missing a piece so couldnt fully build one of the file cabinets. The drawers dont slide smoothly. I WANT A REFUND ??

This product was poorly made of very cheep particle board

When I tried to return the unopened package of the second file box I was unable to because it was outside of the 1 week window. It was over a weekend and I couldnt call in a weekend.

Looks good and is functional

I didnt keep exact track of time but it took me working alone about 3 hours to put this together. Instructions were very good though. I found pieces B and C poor put together - screws were lose when I opened the box and even this that were tight didnt seem to hold the side piece very well. Other than that all the parts are well marked - dont remove from bags until you need them!
