The seat looks as pictured. Unfortunately, the seat is very uncomfortable. I felt like I was sitting on concrete and the metal across the front was painful to the back of my thighs. I do not recommend this product.

It is comfortable and works well if you need to hold a small child on your lap. I gave it as a gift. We travel for dance competitions and are often forced to either stand or sit on the floor to watch.

Chairs are a great step up from sitting on plain bleachers me and my son were sitting comfortably

The front bar was uncomfortable and armrest weren't real comfortable either. Went with a different chair
