Replaced the one I have had for 20 years. So far everything is good,have had it a few months. The delivery was a few days late, other than that 5 stars!

I previously had a Little Giant. When they insulated my attic they put it in a different position and somehow it melt it. Had to buy a new one same kind and it works great so did the old one until it melted.

Needed a direct replacement for 24 year old pump. Contacted the Company and they gave me this model # which Home Depot .com had. I ordered it and picked it up 5 days later at my nearby HD. Installation was simple.unplug old model , undo 2 holding screws, reverse the process and install new pump. Works exactly as it should and is much quieter than the previous model. Excellent product and reasonable price. Overall very happy with this well made pump. Just besure you remove the very small tag on the side, which allows the pump to work. WIshed the tab was in a color that makes it stand out but that's beyond my control.
