I want to return this but no one will respond to me.

The sconces are lovely but the light is best for general or ambient lighting only. They are not bright enough for task lighting or reading, unless there are other lights on in the room. The lights can be hardwired electrically or installed without electrical wiring using the rechargeable wireless bulb. The wireless light bulb charges via USB and the bulb can be removed for charging. It is difficult to reach the usb port on the bulb while installed. Removing the shade to reach the bulb's usb port requires removing the bulb anyway. The Installation instructions are pictures only and could be better, not always clear in what order the parts assemble. Also no mention in the instructions of the small on/off switch under the base plate of the bulb. The plate slides for access to the on/off switch which only needs to be turned on once initially. After that, the remote controls the on/off function as well as brightness, color etc. The lights mount on the wall with screws and anchors (provided), two mounts/holes per light. It would be nice to have a simpler mount with only one hole required in the wall, especially if installing wirelessly, as the fixture is quite lightweight, not heavy at all. The sconces are a great solution for brightening up an area that is dark, especially if electrical wiring isn't available.

Actually bought these for a different location, and was prepared to return them, but once I opened the box, I knew I had to use them somewhere. So glad that I did. They are perfect for any spot you desire light but have no electrical outlet.

Lights were exactly as described. They were easy to assemble. We did have one question that I contacted support regarding. They were quick to respond.

Sconces are too long and when I inquired about returning it was very difficult dealing with you. They are in a box not being used. What a waste of $75

I had an issue with my delivery and dealing with customer service has been very frustrating. I contacted customer service, wanting shade replacements, and then just wanting to return my item and I have not heard back from them will not be purchasing from them again. The phone number on their website does nothing but just ring and ring no one answers.

These wall sconces look elegant with the gold hardware. They come with two remotes, chargers for the bulbs, and offer color-changing options. You can choose warm, bright, or various colors, and there's a timer. Very easy to set up, taking just 10-15 minutes. Exactly what I needed to upgrade my bedroom.
