Does the job intended for

The feeder works as designed but not a fan of the app or that I needed to purchase cloud storage to ensure my cat was getting fed.

What's the point?

My biggest issue is that the video playback doesn't work half the time. I use an SD card and I wonder if the purposefully make it not work to get you to buy their cloud plan.

It is so convenient!

I really like the ease of use and I love peaking in on Bleu with the camera feature. The only thing that I would change is the bowl shape. His other bowls are round and he is able to get the food around the edges. With the Petlibro bowl shape I have noticed that I have to reach down and shake the pies along the edge to the center. We have never had a problem with this before so I’m assuming it’s the shape.

Setup is complicated, problematic. Trying to find instructions specific to model is almost impossible.

Works for my needs

My cats have auto feeders each with their own Rx foods but they are limited to 4 feedings each. One of my cats needed a feeder that could be programmed for more feedings throughout the day to keep her from snacking on the other cat’s food. This one is much more flexible, I know have it set for 6 feedings with the amount of food she needs to get per day. The camera is useful, I get alerts when there is motion near the feeder and I can check which cat it is, and if it’s the wrong cat I can admonish it through the microphone using the app. The only disappointment is you have to pay extra for recording or at least to save a recording .

Great automatic feeder!

Great automatic feeder that you can control from your phone. It feeds a portion control amount at a set time, but you can add more food later in the day if you need to. You can also watch your pet in the camera! So cool!

This feeder so far seems to work really well. It dispenses accurately without blocking which I’ve found others we’ve had do. Very easy to set up

Awesome Automatic Cat Feeder!

We purchased this cat feeder to make sure our kitty is getting fed when we’re not able to be home at his evening feeding time. It has been so great not to have to rush home to feed him. It has also been super helpful in the early mornings. He was getting fed at about 5:30 every morning, but since I retired a few months ago, I’ve been sleeping later. With this cat feeder, he is able to get an early morning snack before I wake up to give him his full breakfast.

This has been great. It keeps our dogs fed while we work on other things. They get to know the sound of the food dropping down and head over to see who is first in line. And you get to watch while you are out of town.
