Appreciate that there are four programable times to feed and I can choose the amount. Programming is awkward.

Pretty nice little feeder

The set up was a bit of a pain because everything is measured in "portions". The difficult part was figuring out exactly what a portion was. After looking up information online, I found that a portion was 20ml.

Rabbits Approve

I have 3 rabbits eating from this one feeder. They love to flip everything, so I was nervous about this. But they have tried to flip this many times and haven't even gotten close! It fits the pellets great, it's reliable. They chewed through the cord, but it's just a basic usb-c, so it was easy to replace and then proof the new cord. I really like it and they like it too! They did immediately pull out the bowl and spill the food everywhere, but the bowl holder is completely fine on its own and anchored to the dispenser.

The water filter system they created was so thoughtful, when I saw they partnered with chewy then I knew that this was the brand I wanted to trust to dispense my cats kibble. My cats food comes out fresh and that was the goal. I suggested they get a flat stainless steal attachment for the bottom. Use a small cat shaped pan I got off another app for now. I also love having my voice recorded so my cats still associate mealtime with me.

easy to use

My cat has gotten used to timed feedings coming from this device and no longer swarms me. Mornings and evenings are much calmer! This was easy to set up and feeds as programmed.

I can always make sure my kitty has food, even when I am not home. Versatile and mostly user-friendly setup. I really like this item. Just make sure you check that it's always full!

I only use it at 6am. Works fine so far. Recording is static.

Not for big dogs

Good product, but the feeding bowl is to small. Great for cats and small dogs, I have big dogs

Good to use

Just started to use it. Haven't checked all the fancy settings. It's good to control remotely when i have to work everyday. Also, one thing i like about it is that you can put battery in it. I went on a vacation last week and put some batteries in it, in case the wire is down. This extra protection makes me feel safe so that my cat will never starving.

Milo loves his new dish. When he hears the food go in the dish he gets all excited. Love it.

ants got in???

The chamber appears sealed and settings were easy to program, but the main reason I chose this brand was to avoid attracting ants, which are obviously swarming the chute. I wish there were a way to ant proof this.

Eaay to set up, and works perfectly

My schedule changes often, and I wanted my cat to get fed at the same time every day even if I was asleep or not there. This feeder does exactly that. It was easy to put together, and I like that it has a clear window so I can see how much food is left in it. The screen is easy to use (once I read the instructions). I like that you can set how many portions are distributed at each meal time, and I really like that a single portion is fairly small. The screen lock prevents my cat from messing with the settings. It’s also not very loud, which I like. I only have one cat, so I don’t know how it would work for multiple, but it’s perfect for what I needed.

Great until it wasn't

This feeder was great when I first got it, it helped managed feeding my cat and limiting his feed intake, or when i had to go out of town, etc. I now had it 15months and has decided to stop working and the alarm on it keeps going off.

I WANT to love this machine... but I don't

I love the concept of this feeder. It's just NOT reliable. Sometimes food comes out, sometimes it doesn't. Can't trust it when I'm gone enough that I need to have someone come in to feed our Luna. Disappointing.

bought this for my cat, easy to use, no issues. dispenses the same amount of food each time. great! 10/10

cat feeder

i had no issues using the product its great if you have a kitten and its easy to clean def recommend if you tryna go for the cheap stuff this is one of those products that are good for there price,p.s go for the white one its a bigger one and better!?!?!

Slight disappointment

Capacity isn't very large; programming is VERY cumbersome. Not certain that I would repurchase this feeder. I had another brand that I liked much more; held more food & simpler to use.

Great feeder!

I have a puppy that has to eat 3 times a day. This product has saved the day! On my camera I hear it say in my voice dinner time and food drops. Then I hear her crunching away!
