I like the bag overall....HOWEVER the design could use a few changes. The backpack straps are permanently attached. No way to remove and store them. They hang up on things when you carry it by the handles. The brass clasps have the weight directly on where they join together. Works the clasp open. By the way, USPS bent and jammed the bag in the mail box. Might want to consider another way of shipping larger items. Instead of Postal Service ; perhaps it should be Postal Unit. You Know..USPU.
