O-Ring Did Not Fit

The o-rings ordered with my replacement filters did not fit the housing for my PURA UVBB system. They were too big.

Everything was great except for the rubber seals. The rubber seals I received in this order were 2" when I ordered 6". Other than that, the product was delivered on time and everything was included in the packaging.

These filters are a perfect fit in my system, and gives me clean tasting water. Great product, and a good seller.

Dimensions Are Wrong

The dimensions of the ring are incorrect. It's about 6" rather than 9"

Have not used the ring yet. It is backup for current ring. Ring feels flexible and sizing looks good. Good to have an extra ring in event original gets damaged.

Always necessary to have around for a filter change. Great job crew. Having these posted with the filters is great.

wrong size - housing leaked profusely. Reinstalled old ones as a stop gap and stopped leak. Suggest you ship silicon lube which is required in installation even if you have to charge for it.

food grade silicon spray

Buy food grade silicon spray and lube the O-rings and sump threads before assembly. If lubed, the O-rings are reusable. You should still have spares. Especially if you don't have a bypass and need to get water back on in the house!
