Don't waste your time ordering this - at least for a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica.

Lack of commitment

The item was expected for pick up within 18 days. 31 days later, the status remained the same, customer rep said they will get back to me within 48 hours. 2 days later, order has been cancelled by rep because the vendor didn’t accept your order. Had to wait for more than 30 days for vendors decision. Wasted month.

Fit well

Great fit, I find they look better than the other big brand!

Product received was not as advertised - 4Runner 3rd Row mat missing

Product received was not as posted on website. Product details on website (https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/3d-maxpider-custom-floor-mat-kit-black-3315668p.3316001.html#nl-product-details) indicates it is, "Black; 4 pc.; 2 pc. Front Row; 1 pc. 2nd Row; 1 pc. 3rd Row". I only received 3peices = two front mats, one 2nd row mats; 3rd row mat was missing. I did not even leave the Cdn Tire parking lot with them; I immediately took them back into the store to customer service. They couldn´t do anything to fix this online order error, other than allow me to return them. Very unsatisfying and disappointing experience.

Do not buy this part for the newer DT style Ram. This part number is for the Classic version. The website has the same part number for both truck styles.

Nice addition to my vehicle

These mats fit perfectly in my vehicle. They are secure and very nice in design. Much lighter than rubber mats.

Better than expected

I was looking for this kind of product since I ride for ride sharing apps. WeatherTech products are overpriced. I got this first a reasonable price and it works fine.

Waste of money

Had these in my Honda Odyssey for 8 months and it was a huge regret buying them since day 2.

Not Great

The quality of these seemed great, but the clips did not align even though the year and model were correct for my vehicle. I attempted to contact the manufacturer through phone and email many times but got no response. No one at Canadian Tire could tell me much about it because they are special order. So I had to return them.

3D floor mat

I had bought weathertech mats for other vehicles but when I saw the price point of these I thought they were worth a try.

expected better

just got mine, opened the box and start putting the mats down all goes well until i get to the passenger side where i notice a chunk taken out of the corner of the mat, i checked the packaging to see if there was a bit floating around inside the box but nothing, This had happened before it was packaged. for the price i expected better quality control, havent been able to get thru to customer service yet to put warranty claim. if they take too long im just going to return the set

Great product, but not as described.(Maybe)

Ordered online and just picked up at local store. Red flag went up right away when i saw box was open on both ends. Description states this is a 4 piece set and manufacturers web site for same code also states 4 pieces.Internal plastic bag had also been opened.There were only three pieces inside the box. Returned for refund and will reorder, see what comes second time.

So far so good

Bought these for my Toyota Avalon. The quality and fit/finish is superb. Will see how they hold up during winters. The order took a week or so but it was worth the wait.

Mats

I asked for a new set for my 2015 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid the ones they sent does not fit right the back seat it seems to be a bit too wide when you fit it on each side it seems to buckle up in the middle so they sent in a request for a new set and I am still waiting. Not real good service if you ask me.

Purchased this in-store at Kipling and Albion last Friday as a gift for my husband. The site clearly said the mats will come in a 4 piece set. 2pc first row; 1 pc 2nd row and 1pc 3rd row.
