well when it was delivered just now its all tore up i dont like this and then they did not ring the bell they just droped it and left i just now got a tex saying it was delivered duh and the thing is wet and whole bottom of the box is tore

a/c unit damaged
the unit worksbgood however it appears that it eas damaged in shipping. mostly cosmetic. the outer shell is dented in the top and the left side.

My ac never arrived Walmart was no help
Ac should’ve been there the 5th got a message saying arrives the 12 called for a refund couldn’t wait no more customer service said I had to wait 48 hr I did still nothing called and all of sudden package was delivered and Walmart said they couldn’t refund even tho I didn’t get no ac ? Will keep money and get no product safe your time and money !

Everything great except the delivery. Unit was delivered on its side.
cools alright, good for a small/medium room. could be more powerful for a larger space, but that's on me for not getting the next bigger one.
The product was delivered 2 weeks later than promised. When I received it, it wasn't as advertised. Website said it would fit a 12-inch window opening. When the product arrived, it needed a minimum of 13.5-inch opening. Useless to me. I had to give it away to a daughter.
