Not worth it, I bought less than a year ago on 3/27/2024 and dryer does not work. Black & Decker does not respond to my warranty claim and bestbuy protection plan makes you run in circles with no solution. Horrible experience with the brand and the lack of solutions Best Buy has to offer. Waste of money and time.

I received a defective unit. The dryer drum would not spin and there was no heat after installing and using it for the first time. I returned it immediately.

Ace Ventura delivered my package.

I received this about 2 weeks ago. Let me first say that it looks like it was kicked down the street by Ace Ventura and then delivered to my door. There is 7 horrible dents. Yep 7 dents on all sides. How does that even happen with it being in a box. Must have been shipped out in this condition. One side is completely destroyed like a can of soup. I'm disabled and paid someone $50 to install this for me so returning was not an option and I understood that before I set the date and ordered. Worked once I plugged it in and worked very well by the way. I would recommend purchasing from Amazon instead of this seller. After all my research I found that this was the best 120 volt dryer on the market. I just didn't expect it to show up looking like someone threw it out of an airplane. Do not buy from Walmart. It was also missing the filter so I had to buy some.

Arrived dented %26 used w/dirty air filter. GROSS!

I received a used dryer which was a pain in to even get out of the box because it wasretaped. A loose screw fell out which is probably what caused the two dents in the dryer, one of which is center front. Walmart offered a $36 credit which they can shove! There is no box left to return it with so I'm just going to have to keep a crappy looking expensive dryer to remember Walmart by because they will not get any more of my business.

Works as advertised and much better then my old smaller dryer would recommend this to a friend
