It just works

What can I say-it works as advertised. I don’t use it as an alarm clock so I can’t really speak to its ability to wake you out of your slumber. I use it to charge my iPhone and tell me the time. Haven’t had an issue with either. I have an Apple MagSafe case so I don’t have to take it off to charge. I will say that it’s slow to charge but I expected that since it’s on the older qi standard. I would’ve taken a star away but it clearly states qi wireless charging on the box. If you want something faster, you’re going to have to get a qi2 wireless charger.

It's Time to Work while you Charge!

I have this clock/charger and love it so much that I have purchased three more as gifts! It works great as a computer companion! A word of caution … your phone must have a rubber case as opposed to hard plastic!

Charger does not work

Found out hard case on cell phone prevents it from working. There was no green light at all. So I removed hard case and green light appeared, but it started flashing green and red light and still wouldn't charge. What do I need to do or is it defective?

Doesn't charge thru my case

The charger doesn't work for my iPhone 12 with the case on. The clock light is also very bright at night.

Had an issue

I like the idea of this clock and how you can charge your phone. Mine I think might be defective bc the clock every time you use the usb port in the back to charge anything the clock goes to 12:00a and you have to reset the clock. Which you shouldn’t have to do this. I’m not really sure how well the wireless charger works. I used a MagSafe case to test out the wireless charging with my iPhone 15. A green light comes on the clock to let you know that it’s charging. Im actually going to exchange the clock out for the same one to see if the issues I had still happen. If they do it’s going back! If I can I’ll update this post if the issue I have is resolved with the exchange.

Great clock but not for an alarm

Great for a clock and charger, however, the tone for the alarm part would never wake me up.

Main dislike is that the wireless charger doesn't work. The alarm is also pretty quiet even on it's loudest setting.

It works

It does what it’s supposed to. It charges my iPhone 15 wirelessly and also charges my smartwatch via USB. You can adjust the brightness by pressing the snooze button. This is a nice feature. I haven’t tried the alarm. I just use my phone’s alarm anyway.

Very useful

Thanks to the built in wireless charging dock and additional USB power port, I only need to plug in the main unit and I can charge my phone and power my USB fan while I have the clock and alarms set. A good home unit, a great travel unit.

I only had this for about 2 months and is caught fire while I was in campus is school good thing I was there to put the fire out nice but very poor quality

Doesn’t work with our Apple MagSafe case, but works with other generic phone cases. Numbers are very big and bright. Wish we could adjust the brightness. Fine otherwise.

I really wanted to like this alarm clock-it has a small footprint, can charge a phone (it includes a little bumper if you have an iPhone mini!), and has a USB port to help minimize the cable clutter. BUT-the alarm itself it so quiet! It doesn't wake anyone up-not even my lightest sleeper. So disappointing. I'll go back to the basic "wood" grain alarm Capello offers-that one doesn't have any bells or whistles, but it's a reliable alarm that is also nice looking.

Clear clock number. I put on top of my night stand, set alarm, listen radio, and charging my phone at the same time.
