I received this as used "refurbished" which I wasn't aware and no information had mentioned about used. Just disappointment because I was expected a brand new scale. another than this nice data, that what I looked for.

Just overall a great product all the way to the app and how it tracks everything and keeps it dated and logged all the way to the time of day it’s very accurate very spot on, truly recommend!!!!

The scale does not accurately weigh. I have tried to weigh myself over 15 times with 1 weigh in correct. It is usually off by 89 lbs.

The app (WW SCALES BY CONAIR) that goes with the scale is extremely subpar.

APP DOES NOT WORK THIS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

it's just a digital scale that doesn't actually know you lean muscle mass or real fat percentage. ive used this for over a year, and it really just guesses based on your height and weight. I've very much reconfigured my body over time, but the muscle and fat percentages don't reflect that in the scale. also, the app no longer works, they pushed an update on 8/27/24 and the app won't record your weight and then just crashes and will no longer connect to Bluetooth, and if you uninstall and reinstall then it wont let you log in, just takes you to Weight watchers website to try and get you to sign up for their program.

I only gave it a lower rating because it's been to hard to set-up. I still don't have it set-up. It may as well be a paperweight.

The scale was working great for the two weeks I’ve had it, then this morning, I got on and it’s completely wrong. It was off by 20lbs. I didn’t gain that much in a day. So I moved the scale to see if it was where it was positioned, and it went up 30lbs! I moved it again and it went up 40lbs!!

The data is subjective. If I put in female, my current muscle is 35%, but if I put in male, it's 40%. Mass is mass; how much is there is how much is there which means the scale is ostensibly making an "educated guess." Weird that my fat percentage didn't change much as well🤔
