It is embarrassing to buy this. It does not work at all. I do not know why Macy sale this cheap staff.

No Power supply at all

I had left it unopened for about 4 months and when I opened it, it wouldn't turn on. I tried with multiple power outlets and there was no help. I should have trusted the reviews before buying the unit.

It stopped working after one use, I need my refund but I have been told my return window closed. I brought it in January 2024. Not what I expected
