Exactly what I was hoping for: comfort, quality, and easy to assemble. I needed an office chair that would reach a higher seat to floor height and this one adjusts to 23.75". Hydraulic lift and tilt operates beautifully. Boss-bonded "leather" does not seem like real leather but looks and feels good. Based on the picture, I had hoped the color would be more of a blue-charcoal but it's just black, as described.
