Great chairs fort the price ! Had a little problem putting backs on them but customer service was very helpful !

Don’t bother!

Assembly is a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend them being purchased unassembled. You would think that unwrapping 4 pcs. and incerting 8 screws would be simple enough, but no. Not worth the effort.

Hard chair

The chair is very hard wanted to send I’d back but the shipping would cost me $80.00 so had to keep it and give it away. Shipping is not fair Will not be shopping from the store again.

Not exactly pleased with the way the chair back fastens to the frame. The screw holes don’t align in one corner and become loose.

Good Office Chairs

Great chairs, we already had two we had purchased a few years ago. They are excellent chairs for our church office waiting area. Our only complaint is the back of one of the chairs we could not get the bolts to screw in. The fabric seam ran by the holes and I had to push back and cut some fabric to insert the two bolts. They would not tighten with the allen wrench provided. I had to purchase new bolts at the hardware store with heads so I could use a socket socket to tighten. I tried to clean the holes out but did not find anything in them.

Evaluation

The chair is quite comfortable. The metal arm pieces are welded together at the bottom and have a rough edge at the joining point that scratches wood or tile floors. I put a chair tip pad there on the both sides. it needs a pad across the metal's bottom.

Looks good for a brief period then quickly breaks

If you need a very short term chair I would purchase. Beyond 18-20 months of any use the material quickly breaks down and shows extreme wear.

Shipping was very fast. The quality is great for the price. A little hard to assemble. was easier to loosely assemble the back first and then the seat. Other than that, a great experience and they look great in my office.

OK Chair - tougher than it should be to assemble.

Let me start by saying that I have assembled many things including 12 of these chairs 4 years ago. On these three chairs, the bolts and holes are a pain. I had to sit on the chair on it's side to get the holes to line up properly. Some of the bolts came with already stripped threads, making it nearly impossible to tighten them all the way. Look at the threads and you see fattened edges, not crisp edges.

Extremely comfortable, but not durable.

We purchased a total of 9 of these over the years. Initially we purchased two of them and we liked them so much that we began replacing others with them because they were comfortable, cheap and looked great... At least for the first 3-4 years. After that, they began peeling, leaving pieces of black pleather all over the office and on the pants/shirt of anyone that sat in them. It's hard to be mad about this because they are so much cheaper than anything else this comfortable/good looking - or at least they were. We got all 9 chairs at the sale price that was less than half of the current retail which was worth it - even if they only lasted 5 years. Now they're going for almost triple what we paid, I'm at the point where I don't know whether to spend the money on a quality chair that will last, or just buy these again knowing they'll only last 5 years. I really wish these chairs had the option for another material in addition to the PU. even if this chair was double the price but came with REAL leather (at least on the seating surface) then I would definitely buy them because they're so comfortable and look great. Quality Guest Waiting Room Chairs

14 chairs were purchased for our guest waiting room. The deep, rich color of these chairs make our guest waiting room inviting. While these chairs look compact and do not take up much space the size and ergonomics provide comfort. Tip: placing the back on first allows the holes to align better. The directions read placing the seating first, we found that following the directions made it very difficult to align the holes while placing the back of the chair to the frame.

Brenton Studio Bellanca Guest Chairs

These chairs are perfect for our veterinary hospital lobby. They are well made and quite attractive. They were simple to assemble. I am a 62 year old woman with some moderate disabilities and I assembled all 8 chairs without help. I will definitely purchase more of these for my new hospital.
