Seller won't allow contact about problem

The chair arrived after about a week. It assembled without too much trouble except for 2 screws attaching the right side of the back to the chair. They won't stay in place and keep falling out. This makes the back unsafe to use.

Need the screws

I bought one chair and really liked it. So I bought another one. However the screws are missing and I can’t assemble this second chair. When assembled it is a very sturdy chair and comfortable.

Assembly was a bit frustrating

I love the look of these chairs. They are actually pretty comfortable. I purchased them as occasional chairs for work. The assembly was not enjoyable. The alignment of screws is off. Required more effort than it should because of it. Not a guarantee that you will have problem. Mass produced chairs are hit and miss with this problem.

Disappointing

I thought it was waiting room quality but the seat is very hard. Incredibly frustrating to assemble. It's only 8 screws but the manufacturer didn't cut back enough material/padding to thread the screws.

Light-weight, Sturdy, Perfect for my needs!

I needed a chair that was light-weight enough to carry upstairs and Sturdy enough so I can lift myself out because I can use both hands at the same level. I have neuropathy in both legs and this makes sitting down and getting up so much easier. I am a larger person and the weight limit helps a lot. Plus the price was so much better than chairs which weren't nearly as well designed to fit me.

Wanted a nicer look for my waiting room. These were a reat price so ordered them and love them! Very comfy, professional. roomy , sturdy and presentable. Highly recommend them. So happy I purchased them.

Good product for the price. While the chairs are not specifically designed for larger in stature individuals, they are much more comfortable and accommodating.

Better than expected

I had low expectations tbh but so glad I bought this! I love the chair it’s wide for all clients so they’re comfortable! Easy to clean and disinfect. Love it will buy another for a set
