[Rewarded Review] Shoddy manufacturing.
Spent a lot of time trying to get the arms on. Apparently the screws they sent won't go deep enough into frame for the arms to tighten up, so they just flop around. Would need to go to the hardware store to buy different bolts. Also, the back of the chair is not solid frame connected to the seat, so without the arms the back can just move back and forth. Would not buy again. Way too big of a hassle to box back up for a return now.
