I did order online, a roll of stick-on backing, match of the color was almost perfect, and it did work. The chair is very well made, each section has a very strong zipper so sections can be removed. Why they do not sell replacement backing I do not understand. There are many ways to program this chair, most of which is learn on your own. Instructions with the chair is very limited. This is a fantastic chair, for the price you can't beat it. Every morning my day starts off with two to three massages. I have a lot of lower back and leg problems, from Sciatica, without this chair I would be in pain all day. It is true, this chair is not made to be used as a recliner, it is not comfortable, you can feel the rollers in the back. This is my second Human Touch chair, and I would purchase another from this company.

Impressive Massage Chair

The Whole Body 7.1 massage chair was impressive to the eye as soon as I saw it. It was very nice to have the calf massage attached to the chair, and still looked very nice with the attachment. It would go nice in any room of the house and not look out of place as a massage chair. The calf and shoulder massage features were my favorites. I sit at a desk all day answering phones and the shoulder massage would be nice to come home to. Overall, the chair was very relaxing and calming. It wasn't too jerky like the ones I use at the nail salons. The only down side was that I am only 5 feet tall and I had to move around in the chair a little to make sure I was getting to use the various functions of the chair.

Nice chair Great Buy!

We've owned an iJoy/Human Touch massage chair for years, but it recently broke. We purchased this new one and found it to be a real beauty, much better than our older one - with one major exception: The rather rigid head pillow gets pushed up about six inches from its seated position due to the upward movement of the massage rollers. There is no anchor at the base of the pillow to keep it moored to the chair back, even when you press your head firmly against it. Regardless, it is a great buy!

"So this is my first massage chair purchase. I wanted the most bang for my buck, so after researching for a while I decided on the whole body 5.1 and I have no regrets! I have had the chair for about 2 weeks, and while I did have a mechanical problem, human touch was very quick to send out a new part and get a technician to replace the part. This gives a deep massage and truly makes my back feel a lot better. The one downside I will say is that the calf massager does not massage your calves that well unless you keep downward pressure throughout the massage.

Terrible chairs, Bad customer service

Bought two chairs one broke within a month, replacement came in defective and then the other original chairs stop working correctly. These chairs are not worth the money they cost and their customer support is bad as the chairs and if it is past the 30 day return window you are out of luck in having the company taking them back for a refund because they won't. If I could give these chairs and company a zero I would.
