Warranty service in doubt

I bought this item 18 months ago, which included a 3-year extended warranty for parts and labor. My wife and I used it almost everyday. It broke a few months ago, and I requested warranty service, but it is still pending. The technician has repeatedly postponed the appointments. I am starting to question whether this company can fulfill their warranty promises as advertised.

Love this Thing

This massage chair is awesome and has exceeded my expectations. I've used it for a month, usually several times a day, and it is always amazing. Fair warning, if you get used to this massage chair, it will spoil you for the ones at the gym and the airports. This one actually does your feet and your legs and has a variety of different automatic programs.

Works great & so comfortable

We bought this almost a year ago and it still works great. It is easy to use and comfortable. Everyone loves to use it. You can customize your settings, use presets, and it has heat on the back and feet. You can also connect to bluetooth. The only downside is that it is not easy to get your feet into the feet massager section so it is awkward to climb into and out of the seat.

Good chair, delivery not so

So far so good. I ordered this while on sale, so so glad I did. I wanted 3d and for the price it’s a good chair. It has no option to save preferences but has several different modes programmed and you can choose to create your own. You can change the 3D to adjust for a deeper massage. I wish it did my thighs, but it goes to the glutes and lower legs… does mostly everything else.

The love of my life, in the form of a chair!

I had never been so impatient to wait for a package to arrive at my house. After it arrived, we set it up in one of the many rooms in our big house. It was fantastic! It felt like I was in a cloud of dreams and could relax like a god. The THREE stages of going into zero gravity is breathtaking. I felt like a grown baby sitting in a crib, like that of my childhood. The voice control makes this mode even BETTER! I don't even have to open my eyes to change my massage, I just say "Hey Alice". It makes me feel like Tony Stark every time I say it, my nerd lights just brighten up and I act like a child giggling and squirming every time it works. AND IT WORKS EVERYTIME! The Bluetooth speakers are even more of a treat, you can listen to bird songs, opera, white noise, or what I like to do, listen to galaxy music. It's entirely up to the person sitting in the chair, easy to connect to, and just play your music. I love it and I think my wife is jealous.

malfunction

The chair spends too much time massaging my head! The adjustment to lower the massaging height does not work despite replacing the mother board twice. each time the mother board was replaced, the chair massaged differently. Now the massage timer does not work. Also, on speaker does not work and to repair it, part of the chair housing has to be broken

Arrived damaged and defective, don’t recommend

Received chair with damaged bottom, left side airbags not working either due to damage or factory defect. I wanted to give manufacturer a chance and asked for replacement. However, their representative disregarded my request and insisted on repairing the chair. That is a red flag in quality and customer care. Don’t recommend due to poor quality and customer service

I research massage chairs for weeks and decided to go with this model. GREAT chair offered at an even better price. So far so good. Only complaint was trucking company unloaded half way up drive and we had to get this huge beast to house.

Broken parts

As soon as I opened the box and took off the plastic cover, there is a box at the bottom of the legs next to the wheels, the box was open and when i opened, everything inside was broken. There was one spring that immediately flung out. There is a metal piece which I assume is a switch for something. I have no idea what this box is supposed to do. It says ABS on the lid. There is no mention about the box in the manual that was provided.

Would be 5 stars, but had a problem with air massage features out of the box. Osaki was very quick and easy resolving under warranty. Excellent now!

Love it!

Well, I had to kind of talk my husband into purchasing this chair, but once we clicked "purchase," we couldn't wait for it to arrive. It did arrive sooner than the order said. I ordered on black Friday so got it almost half price.

great chair

We got this chair for Christmas at the sale price and it’s wonderful. I like that I’m 5ft or my hubby is 5’7 and our son is 6’ and it measures each of us and fits to our body. So far we are very pleased . Hopefully we’ll have years of use .

Love it!

I love this chair. My spouse and I both enjoy the various settings. The preset programs are very nice and give a full body massage. Each program has something unique that I can't figure out how to make the chair use on it's own. You can also go into the chair and select a custom massage from the student styles of massage. When you use that you can adjust how much pressure as well as how much 3D- how much it pushes you out. I find the pressure is definitely strong enough and you can adjust the pressure for the air as well as the rolling massage parts. The zero gravity is so nice and really does relax you! I definitely recommend. Delivery was quick and the chair rolls once you get it out of the box. Set up is just plugging it in.

3D at a great Price

I've researched massage chairs over the past 12 months since I missed out on purchasing one from Sams last Christmas season. When priced right, these sell out fast so jump on it if you are even thinking about it. I thought about going with a 2D model due to the price difference, but I am glad I just pulled the trigger for this 3D model. It has a number of different Auto programs to choose from. Relaxing to almost a back beating and everything in between. The long foot extender works well for those with longer legs. The remote is not overtly complex like some models and the touch of some LED accent lighting adds a nice flair. Not sure on the color and most of it is black with brown leather and brown accents (we chose the black model). To sum it up, a great 3D chair for the price!

DIVINE!!!!

Most say I wasn’t onboard when my Husband ordered this chair. Well I stand corrected, after working on the yard all day got my first massage; I auto programmed the Rejuvenate! THIS WERE THE BEST 15 MINS EVER!!! I also slept better than I have in a very long time….Woke up this morning nothing hurts!

Heaven on earth

This chair is fabulous!!! I’ve never owned a massage chair and now regret waiting so long. It is comfortable, soothing and you are so relaxed you don’t want to get out of it. Still learning all its functions but can’t wait to keep experimenting. My recommendation - absolutely buy it. It even works perfectly on my 6’3” husband from head to toe.
