What a rip off!

I ordered this storage shed by mistake. I realized my mistake immediately so I contacted Walmart and explained that I had ordered the wrong one and I needed a different one because the colors would clash with its surroundings. The agent was very helpful, he took my information and helped me cancel the first shed, then he put an order in for the shed I truly wanted. There was snow on the ground and it was brutally cold, so I was in no hurry to get the shed assembled until Summer. I had taken my minivan off the road because I don’t drive in the winter, so it was parked in the carport, with enough room so my roommate could park behind it. I hadn’t realized that the shed had been delivered because the heavy boxes had been slid into the space between the wall of the carport and my vehicle. About 3 months had gone by when I remembered that I never received my shed! I immediately called customer support and explained that I hadn’t received the shed that I ordered. She looked into it and told me that according to the record it had been delivered. I insisted that the shed hadn’t been delivered and I went outside into the carport to look. That’s when I noticed the three narrow boxes squeezed between the wall and my vehicle. I told her I found the boxes, but by then there was a new problem, I had been charged for 2 sheds! She told me to dig around and see if I could find any numbers on the boxes, which I did. I used a flashlight to look for numbers on the sides and reported back to her on the phone. She informed me that I had both sheds, and now it was too late for a refund! I was upset because I had contacted a customer support agent who helped me order the correct shed and cancel the other one! It wasn’t my fault they delivered both and I certainly can’t use both! I still think that I should be compensated for the cancelled shed, because I requested that it be cancelled and the screw up wasn’t on me! As I told her, if a customer says she ordered the wrong shed, she wanted a different one, wouldn’t you order the right one and cancel the wrong one? It makes no sense that they would order another shed without canceling the first one! This shed still sits unopened in the spot where it was delivered. There’s no reason it can’t be picked back up and taken back to the warehouse because it has never been opened and I can’t use it. I am not satisfied!☹️

This is a sturdy easy to assemble shed. The directions are easy to follow and make it quick to be done.

Came damaged in the box, very thin and flimsy. Plastic on the metal is difficult to take off. Screws strip out easily.

Very Flimsy

Instructions not well versed, then VERY sharp pieces when assembling. Was like a puzzle with all the pieces not fitting 100%. Plus, you have to buy a base/bottom for the outside and inside because it doesn't come with one.

Pleased at the end!

You'll need help putting it together but not a bad looking building and just the right size for us.

Do not buy

You get what you pay for! It’s not only cheap but the corners are bent backwards which makes the inside gray have to be on the outside and the greenest to the inside. I have been a machinist and worked as plant manager for 45 years and I have never had something with so many problems assembling it ever. Long story short. Buy a different one than this one. You will be a lot better off.

every piece of the shed is covered in saran wrap and difficult to remove. the item was bent and damaged in many spots, not from shipping, looks like when it was packaged it was scraped and bent. the bars that suppor the middle of the roof is not manufactured to the correct angle. each sheet of wall and roof are very sharp, i got cut quite a few times. the washers that are to help with "water proffing" screw holes are plastic and not rubber so it leaks into the shed. i had to purchase seperate silicone sealer and put it over the screw holes. im glad i didnt buy it for original price because i would be upset, but for $200, with adjustments to its flimsyness and having to water seal it myself, its AIGHT!

The instructions for this thing are SO bad. We would have been better off without them. Buy the expert assembly for this or get a different shed. It took 3 people multiple days to get this together.

Missing pieces, no response back from customer service. Phone number rings and goes to voicemail. Shed cannot be put together without the part.
