Amazing slippers! They are warm, so comfortable and cozy. I absolutely love these slipper and wear them all around my home, quality of the product is excellent. Best house shoes ever also can wear outdoors. I would recommend!

I absolutely LOVE my UGG Mule slippers!!! I have now purchased my second pair as I wore out my first!! They are so easy to slide in and walk in and they keep my feet so toasty warm!!! They are very well made and very beautiful. I have the camel color pair.

My original pair of UGG’s which I received as a gift are at least 7 years old. This Christmas I decided to treat myself to a new pair. I wear them daily and after 3 months the fluff on the inside is already flat and the soles are too thin. Think I’ll pull my old pair back out.

Look really worn and bobbly after 1 month

I asked for these as a birthday gift from my husband just over a month ago. Was delighted at first as they’re so warm and cosy, they were on the small side but thought I’d persevere and try and wear them in. Wish I hadn’t as upon looking closely at them today and after 1 month they look like I’ve had them 1 year, really scruffy. So disappointing especially at this price, hoped they’d look luxurious for years like my Ugg boots. As they’re a present I don’t want to make a fuss with my husband, such a shame

I just want to start off by saying that i really do love these slippers, they are SOOO comfortable and i wear them ALL THE TIME when im home. I got these for valentines so i’ve had them for almost a month and it already has a bit of a stain because of a DROP of water, i know that they have a waterproof spray but the kit is like $40 and the shoes already are $100, i would give it 5 stars but the only thing is the not waterproof part especially with me because i’m a very clumsy person too. Overall, i really do love these slippers i’ve seen reviews saying that it’s lasted years so let’s cross our fingers they last me years too!

Unique products and excellent quality

I recently purchased the UGG slippers and the price was exceptional. I told friends about them available at the Linen Chest. They couldn't believe I bought them there. The staff was so helpful with my purchase. I bought 4 pairs. The staff at the Customer Service desk was also exceptional as we had to order online 1 pair which she did for me and took care of everything. I was so pleased. I even bought an item at the desk for a Christmas present 2024. It was so unique. I also purchased some time ago a bed spread and pillow shams; they are beautiful. I love the store and will continue to find my favourite items.

[Rewarded Review] So Warm and Comfortable

Super comfortable slipper. Love the sole, and the shearling is soft and warm. I am usually a 6-6.5, leaning towards 6.5, so I went with a size 7. The size 7 fit just right with a little room for socks if I want to wear them. When I tried on the 6, they were just a little too snug for me. Since they are suede, I immediately sprayed them with suede protector. I know I’ll just be wearing them around the house, but never know with spills or accidents that may occur and I want to keep them really nice for a long time.

Never shopping with Macy's again!

Let me explain why I'm giving Macy's this 1-star review. It's not because of the product (which I never received), it's because of Macy's and how they did business during the holiday season. First, my initial order was not fulfilled because they were out-of-stock. But instead of refunding my payment, they kept the money and notified me that I was being issued a gift card...despite the fact that I had two additional similar items on order. So, the mentality was - we'll keep your money and make you spend it again in our store, and then make you pay for the item again when you reorder it. Seriously? When I I was able to place the replacement order, which was fulfilled, I paid extra to have the item "shipped" via expedited delivery. What did Macy's do - they used DoorDash to deliver the item which then showed up as "delivered" but no sign whatsoever of the delivery. I had the item delivered to my office address which of course wasn't open after 5:30 p.m. Finally, I called to notify them that the item wasn't delivered, and they had no way to track it because they used DoorDash for the delivery, so they (customer service in some off-continent location) agreed to refund my credit card...which was never posted, nor did I receive an email confirming the refund or any information about the order. Nothing. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Dear Macy's - I'm never shopping with you again - EVER - and you can keep that gift card. No wonder you've closed 1/3 of your stores and your stock price has dropped 75%. For all those consumers out there who might be interested in this product - just buy it from UGG directly - or go to a real store.

The House Slippers for All

Purchased to wear throughout the winter holidays and to replace old ones worn out in a different color. I am obsessed with my ugg slippers to wear around the house for extra warmth and comfort!

Awful

After wearing the slippers for just under 3 weeks, this happened! John Lewis will not do anything about this, absolutely dreadful customer service, cannot speak to anyone but a robot!

I had my 1st pair of UGG slippers bought for Christmas 2006

Beautiful and warm.

I must admit, I was sceptical when I saw the price of these slippers. How much?? But, when my partner put them on her feet are the warmest they're ever been. Abd with a sole like that they double up as a proper shoe for taking the bins out or nipping to the car. Happy days!!

[Rewarded Review] Comfy, durable winter slippers!

Lovely comfortable slippers for winter. I like this version with the flatter/thinner sole because they are more compact for traveling. My previously ugg slipper pair had the chunky soles and took too much space to pack on trips. Uggs are super durable. They will last you for 10 years if taken care of properly. My last pair did. The only reason I had to throw it out and this new pair was because tomato sauce spilled all over them. Worth the price.

Used to be…

These slippers used to be perfection. A bit thinner, softer sole so no clonker feeling from thicker soles and super plush inside. Was like walking on clouds. Sadly, they’ve changed. The sole now feels too thin because the amount of fleece inside has been reduced to a tiny thin layer that squishes down and then completely disappears after a couple of wearings, allowing you to feel every bump and groove on the ground. Soooo disappointing. These have always been my favs and worth the money but I won’t be buying any more. :(

Autumnal Cosy Feet ! 🍂

I bought the Ugg Scuffette mules with the metallic gold fleck finish and I love them. Just enough sparkle to brighten your mood on these ever increasingly darker nights. The sheepskin lining is also super soft and will reliably keep your feet warm and cosy. Enjoy ! Xx

To anyone thinking about using CHO, I highly advise not to.

Design and fit unsafe

The shoe slipper is too low in the heal area so it slopes at an odd angle from toe to heel with toe raised up and then it slopes down to heel giving an odd sensation of insecurity that shoe is actually on properly. Its like I am going uphill when walking. I wore these on a trip so I am stuck and will probably donate or throw away as I feel unsafe to walk properly in the slipper. Very disappointed IN UGG workmanship and design. A lot of money to pay for such poor design with safety being the main issue.
